In a word... Shingles.
And, I'm so glad to be on the other side of it. There was a tremendous amount of... ahem... new experience that happened during this first-ever bout of the Shingles Virus. I share a wee bit about it. There was pain (in this case, nerve pain), discomfort, and a significant need for rest. Plus, I was finishing up a 3-month training intensive at The Life Coach School. It was a lot. Just like life.
