Mission:

I work with innovators, early adopters, and high achievers who are navigating any combination of the 50+ life events that can bring about big and often contrasting feelings.

My ideal clients want to move thru and to their next season... and next level.

My work is based in coaching and is not clinical at all.
​This is not healthcare or therapy, though the results are often shared as "therapeautic".

We work with a combination of practical and somatic tools to release stagnant energy, open up capacity for new perspectives and new results.

Vision:

I have a vision of helping  people learn to confidently, proactively, and freely navigate new spaces, roles, and responsibilities all while "life is happening" - personally and professionally.  

When we are able to process the hardest feelings or brand new identities and achievements in a healthy, intentional way, we can work, communicate, love, play, and share this life experience with more harmony, greater satisfaction and confidence, and more joy. 

And we can scale to next level more quickly, more easily, and with more presence, satisfaction, and a real sense of success.

  • worst nightmares... plural. Including personal, chronic physical conditions and a life-altering experience involving an abrupt medical trauma of a beloved one

  • death of dearly loved ones, including children in my life, but not as a parent
  • family & friend estrangements & breakups
  • divorce, romantic breakups, and heartbreak
  • moves across the country, even for great or exciting stuff... the conflicting feelings that rose from these moves also count

Looking back on my life, I've also been the one...
  • Showing up for others in the waiting rooms or as they went into surgeries of all kinds;
  • Taking friends and their beloved pets to the vet or be there when a pet was ready to transition;
  • Present for a few who had near-death experiences;
And, I have the honor of being a frequently-trusted person that people talk to... even those -especially those- who don't ever talk about themselves with others.
