Have you ever had a big week without anything striking you as especially big?
If just feels... bigger... than the sum of the week's parts would normally feel?
I've looked back through my calendar and Evidence Lists this week, and nothing really sticks out to me as brand new, challenging, or frustrating... just a fairly high volume of tasks... same always.
And. My energy is waning. The week is winding down.
This is that kind of week for me.
On the surface, not much appears to be happening...
Deadlines are happening... deliverables are happening... (woohoo!)
Grocery shopping and sleep are happening... (thank goodness there's coffee in the house!)
New clients are happening... (yay!)
Check... those are happening.
And, I suppose it's a case of all the things are adding up to a full week... and I'm observing and feeling a little on the tired side.
We all actually handle a lot in a week. Decisions, day-to-day progress, tasks, relationships, conversations, and connections... and I'm not even counting dishes and laundry here! LOL.
Maybe it's okay to observe that tired feeling that can come on a Friday afternoon at the end of a "regularly busy" week?
Bodies change and grow.
Every day is different.
And it's okay. It's all okay for today.
