Created in late 2022, this is the newest email companion program for those who want more consistency on the page and less time in their heads.
Going Inside (GI) is a daily write and release program. The main premise is to gently encourage members to show up for themselves to the page to write. This allows for some time to be spent with their hearts and bodies, not just their brain. It actually gives the brain and mind a break. Support shows up in emails with writing prompts, but also in 3 weekly group calls so we can show up, process, and be together in a safe, professionally facilitated space. |
